      DOB - August 15, 1977 , San Antonio, Texas.

      Pacific Coast League AAA, Texas League AA, Southern League AA & Venezuelan Winter League, Florida State League AA, South Atlantic League A, Pioneer League (Rookie).

      Has worked the Texas League Championship Series.

      SCHOOLS: Golden State Umpire Camp, Jim Evans Academy of Professional Umpiring, Chief instructor at the South Texas Umpire Clinics. 

      OTHER INFO: Started umpiring at 16. Frank began instructing at the age of 17 after attending the Golden State Umpire Camp in 1996.
